Terms and Conditions
Confirmation and Advance Payment
- Registration: Must be done in writing via registration form or email. Participants under 18 need a parent or guardian’s signature.
- Binding Agreement: Registration is binding upon receipt by FuerteXperience. The written confirmation from FuerteXperience is also binding.
- Payment: A 15% deposit is due upon confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before arrival. If not paid, FuerteXperience may cancel the booking and charge cancellation fees.
Cancellation
- Changes and Cancellations: Must be made in writing.
- Fees:
- Up to 7 days before arrival/start date: Full refund.
- After 7 days but before arrival/start date: Full refund minus costs incurred.
- After start: No refund.
- Substitutes: Participants cannot provide a substitute or rearrange bookings once the journey has started. A fee of EUR XYZ applies in such cases.
Services and Information
- Included Services: Listed on FuerteXperience’s print media and website.
- Additional Agreements: Require explicit confirmation from FuerteXperience.
- Service Changes: FuerteXperience may make necessary changes without significantly affecting the overall services.
Cancellation by FuerteXperience
- Uncontrollable Events: In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), FuerteXperience may offer compensation (voucher, rescheduling, or refund). Participants will be informed immediately.
- Lack of Attendance: Activities require a minimum of 1 participant. If this number isn’t met, FuerteXperience can cancel the activity one week in advance and refund fees.
Exceptional Circumstances
- Force Majeure: Activities may be canceled due to events beyond control (e.g., pandemic, war). Refunds will be given minus incurred costs.
Exclusions
- Disruptive Behavior: Participants causing significant disruption or danger may be excluded without parental/guardian consultation. Return costs are borne by the participant.
- Prohibited Items: Weapons and illegal drugs are not allowed. Possession will result in exclusion and confiscation of items, with return costs borne by the participant.
Liabilities and Claims
- Service Discrepancies: Participants must report issues during their stay for remedies or compensation. Claims must be made within one month of the contract ending.
- Participant’s Responsibility: Participants are liable for any damages they cause.
- Claims Limitation: Claims are limited to one year post-contract, six months for non-injury-related compensation.
Activity Management
- Participant Responsibility: Activities are at participants’ own risk. Adherence to staff instructions and use of protective equipment (e.g., helmets) is mandatory.
- Insurance: Participants are not insured by FuerteXperience and are responsible for damages caused to themselves or others.
Insurance and Travel Documents
- Recommendation: Participants should obtain insurance for baggage, travel cancellation, and international medical care.
Sporting Permission
- Confirmation: Booking confirms participants can engage in activities like swimming, biking, and hiking. Any restrictions must be communicated in writing.
Use of Photographs and Data Privacy
- Consent: Participants agree to FuerteXperience taking and using photos for promotional purposes, with the right to withdraw consent in writing.
- Data Usage: Personal data may be used for marketing and research, stored confidentially according to regulations. Consent can be withdrawn in writing.
Website Information
- Photographs: Images on the website reflect conditions at the time of posting and may change. Accommodation photos are exemplary and not guaranteed.
