MORNING BEACH YOGA CLASSES

No better way to start a day, with the ocean as your soundtrack and the beautiful views as a backdrop. Feel relaxed and rejuvenated as you stretch your muscles and breathe the fresh air. Our classes are for all levels of experience.

We love incorporating the ocean, sand and sun into our classes.

Not only will you connect with your mind, body, and soul — you will connect with the beach around you. A truly unique experience that leaves you mentally and physically refreshed! Experience beach yoga all week long!

Our instructor Tjasa is a certified vinyasa and yin yoga teacher. She has been teaching yoga and meditation on this beautiful island for over 8 years. She is trained in dynamic vinyasa, hatha and more recently yin yoga. For her, yoga is a way of connecting to the divine, finding stillness, staying in the present, and feeling grounded and balanced.
